No, I don't mean your coffee fix! But I do mean getting your paper and pen quotient in for the day. Remember writing has been found to be an excellent source for good mental health. And we can ALL sure use a heavy dose of that.

- Keep your mind active
- Lower your blood pressure
- Bring a sense of accomplishment
- Give you a dose of self esteem
- Stimulate your brain
- Give you a sense of hope
- Help you through a difficult event
- Be a help in working through depression
- Be a means to better health
- Provide an avenue to share with family and friends
- Give you a voice!
